We are so very sorry to hear!! We understand how frustrated you might be after the excitement of planning for your big day has been canceled!
Unfortunately as most of our dresses are special ordered to you and according to your sales agreement that you have signed in time of purchase, we are unable to refund, exchange the dress or offer store credit.

Please do celebrate your achievements with your close family and friends once restrictions eases, You Deserve To Be Celebrated.

We are deeply sorry to hear that you have decided to cancel your wedding for this year. We can imagine that this must have not been an easy choice but the right one for you, your family and loved ones. We understand that this is a very difficult time for everyone, especially under these circumstances.
As per our bridal contract that you signed and agreed to when you purchased your wedding dress, we are not able to provide you with a refund due to the cancellation of the event. once orders has been placed we are unable to cancel them unfortunately.

We understand that this is a very difficult time for everyone, especially under these circumstances.
As per to the contract that you signed and agreed to when you purchased your dress, we are not able to provide you with a refund due to the cancellation of the event.


However we are issuing transferable store credit that you can use for later date, or you can pass on to friends. Please email us at info@lamaisonbridal.com or call us at (613)738-7700 so we can issue your gift card.

Almost all dresses that has been dropped off before business closure has been worked on, we will be contacting everyone shortly to book the second fittings with the seamstress.
If you wish to know the status of your dress please email us at info@lamaisonbridal.com with your name and contact details and we will get back to you ASAP.


If alterations has been started we cannot cancel alterations!

So sorry to hear that you have decided to postponel your wedding for this year. We can imagine that this must have not been an easy choice.
We can reschedule your next fittings to a next year 2-3 Months before your wedding to resume alterations on the dress.

Due to the current circumstances some designers had to close their doors for few weeks some for months!

Most dresses are just awaiting delivery, As soon as the economy reopens your dress will be shipped out to us immediately!
